complex. With no drawings, code issues and environmental problems, John Dwyer Builders/Managers LLC was hired to rebuild/duplicate what was there.
- Broke ground on October 4, 2006, and called for final inspections May 3, 2007
- All the owners coming back (80%) have inspected the units and love the work that was accomplished
